The characters of this typeface is based on the original calligraphy found throughout Cirulis' work. http://www.asketic.lv/projects/ansis-cirulis-typeface/ In collaboration with creative director Armands Leitis, we spent months of sleepless nights designing the new weekly magazine "ir" (is). This was an entirely new experience that made us fall in love with magazines.
